| Registration is easy and straight forward. Please come to our office with all the appropriate information and we will assist you with the registration process. If you print and fill out the registration form below, it will help us spend more time you the student and parent during the office visit. |

- A ten month plan is developed for you, so you can be consistent with your payments.
- Payments are considered late after the 10th of each month.
- A $20 late fee will be charged on each late payment.
- Returned checks are assessed a fee of $50.00.
- Late registration fee is $50.00.
For students that are not enrolled in the After-school care program, a fee of $30.00 per day will be charged for late pickups. |
